- Order details — the plans you buy, and payment confirmation from our payment processor (we don’t store full card numbers ourselves).
- Support messages you send us.
We also collect some information automatically, including:
- Basic device and browser information, and pages visited, for site reliability and fraud prevention.
- Order and eSIM activation status from our network partners, so we can show you accurate usage.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account and deliver your eSIM plans.
- To send order confirmations, delivery emails, and important account notices.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To improve Onda — understanding what destinations and plans travellers actually want.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with the third parties who help us run Onda, including:
- Airwallex — our payment processor, to process your payment. We don’t store your full card details ourselves.
- Resend — our email provider, to deliver your eSIM, receipts, and account notices.
- MobiMatter — our eSIM network partner, to provision and activate your plan.
We don’t sell your personal information.
4. Where your information is stored
Our infrastructure may store and process data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account. Contact us using the details below.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use invasive third-party tracking for advertising purposes.
